When you do go to the scales make sure the TT is packed as you are ready to go, not empty. Have the truck fuel tank full.
Now that you know weight distribution is a big consideration, think of it as placing items in the TT in 'tow mode' while towing and relocate items to 'camp mode' once you arrived at the campground and your set up to enjoy your weekend.
'Tow mode' will be placing heavier items under and on the main bed in the front.
Your indoor fridge is above the rear axle. Try to avoid placing much weight south of the fridge.
I think the outdoor fridge located all the way to the rear is working against you. I bet you had that thing fully stocked with cold beverages. And it's too easy to see the bunk room as lots of additional storage while towing. Not a good idea.
