Horrible Fuel mileage update

My bad.. it's a 5.3L. I had 5.7L stuck on my brain as I have a 5.7L Hemi Challenger.
Speed was about 60-63MPH the whole trip. Im not complaining mind you.. just posting the update, and thanking folks who pointed out some tips for me to try.
Im not stressing or anything, just following up on a previous discussion is all. I knew I'd have bad gas mileage but still was hoping for 10, but knew, in reality, I'd be somewhere between 8 and 9. I was sorely disappointed the trip before this one, where I got a whopping 7MPG and it was all flat.
