What did Host say when you called? From front desk lady all the way through I found Host to be 100% customer orientated. The build sheet and order specifications are very well detailed with Host. After meeting the general manager I doubt very much they would leave you high and dry regardless of how your dealer treated you. If you are missing components from your build sheet call Host and ask for Randall.
After taking a factory tour and and talking endlessly about nuts and bolts and unadvertised options I found Host to be particularly interested in customer service. Our unit is being built right now.
If something happens to change my mind I will post it her, but for now I think you should spend some time talking to the factory and figure out solutions.
