Host Mammoth Floor Insulation

Question

I've noticed that the over the bed floor on a Host Mammoth gets really cold in the winter.  Has anyone added some foam insulation to the bottom of the floor that extend out from the basement? It looks like it can take about 1", glue and some screws with fender washers would probably be required.

Any moisture that gets caught may cause mold issues. Use spray on closed cell foam instead.

I don't have a Mammoth.  We use removable rugs/runners.  If you haven't tried that, it's something that helps.
