Hot water heater drain plug leaking
Hi i have a 2005 areolite 215 cub, and when i put water in my trailer, it starts to leak at the drain plug, i have replaced it and put the tape on it and still leaks, when water is in the water heater...

The previous owner may have buggered up the threads. Given your description I would try chasing the threads to put them back to normal so the plastic plug seats as designed
