Hotwater tank issue

I have a suburban 6 gallon water heater in my 2003 StarCraft Aruba TT I dewinterized this weekend and flushed the hot water tank after turning on the propane heater and I heard it light and even going through the heating cycle. But when I turned on the faucet all that came out of the hot water side was warm water after I left the propane heater on for 2 hours. where should I start trouble shooting.

    Thanks that was exactly the problem the bypass was not in the correct position I was messing around with the valve earlier and must not have put it back correctly.

    Make sure your water heater bypass valves are in the correct position. Also, make sure your outside shower and inside shower faucets are turned off. The water could be mixing through either of these if the button on the head is in the off position and the handles are turned on.
