People have been building little houses on wheel since the “Gypsy wagons” and Sheep herders wagons. They are unique, cute and will do well in certain niche markets.

Dinna see a stove either yet the toured model was customised for a woman who wanted a mobile dog care unit. Ingenious idea when you think what an annual commercial rental fee would be. The small house will prolly pay for itself in 2-3 years depending on the local commercial R/E market.

Rather than an RV trailer, this kind of movable structure is commonly called a "portable building" or even "mobile home".

But at least they are heavy!
