How a TT is built

Wow....32 units a day ! I would like to see a quality control "name or #" assigned to each unit.

That is a fairly old video. I'm sure I watched it at least 7-8 years ago.
It would be nice to see an update from them as well as some of the other manufacturers. As posted previously, I don't think they should be proud of that video.

And there you have it, please do a walk around before you put the money down.

And all this time I thought they were rejects from a single wide factory !

No inherent issue with the assembly line process---except that NOWHERE do I see any provision for a quality control checkpoint. And the speed the workers are moving makes it easy to understand how things are done halfway.

That is a terrible testament to how these things are slammed together. No wonder there are lots of problems. Just go go go as fast as they can.

And Jayco is proud of that video.

it definitely is not rocket science.

Easy to see why most RV's have issues when you look at them that way!
