How can I find matching cabinetry and hardware?

The door from ebay is oak look at the wood grain They may be calling it pine because it is pine with an oak veneer on the front. It looks like your oak cabinets in your TT. The cabinets are not solid wood per say, but a thin plywood veneer. Most are made that way. The door frame will be solid oak. I think it will match fine.
