How can I find matching cabinetry and hardware?

Since we do not use the microwave, we are considering removing it and covering the vacant hole with a matching door and expand storage space. Our trailer is old enough that I don't know if I could ge...

On the left side of the microwave, I have these wall outlets:





On the right side of the microwave, I have this outlet:





And here's a head on shot of the compartment:





Now I need to figure out how to cover the wiring so the compartment is safe and looks clean.
