You need to find out for Idaho, specifically, as it varies from state to state. Does Idaho title trailers?
If you buy a TT from someone in Oklahoma, it will not have a title because Oklahoma does not issue titles for trailers. We don't even have to tag them, for private use, but can to avoid hassles going into other states.
