How do I know how much to pay for a used TC?
I'm looking at a 2013 Arctic Fox 992, seems in great condition asking $28k. How do I go about finding the right price for that, or any other TC?

remember, supply and demand. if there is no supply and you have demand, price can be higher. If its that close to "new" prices, it might be worth it to go new.
