The change in weight on the TV axles is the tongue weight; that and the TT axle weight is the TT weight.
If the WDH is activated, the change in weight on the TV axles is equal to the tongue weight minus the amount of load which was transferred to the TT axles.
You cannot directly determine tongue weight from scale readings unless you make a pass with the TT attached and the WDH not activated.
