And, you can't calculate TW% without knowing both the loaded TT weight and the loaded TW.
The TT's center of gravity needs to be sufficiently forward of the TT's axles to minimize the risk of sway.
Calculating the TW% is a shortcut means of determining where the CG is located relative to the axles.
Based on user reports, it's more common for handling problems to be caused by incorrect TW% than it is for handling problems to be caused by max cargo and axle weight.
