How do I pull awning down?
Somehow, the black nylon strap that I usually hook with my awning rod is no where to be seen. I don't know what happened to it. How do I unroll the awning without it?

Be sure it's unlocked, then set up a ladder in the middle of the awning and unroll it by hand. You probably won't have to unroll too far, the black strap will usually fall out then.
