How do I pull awning down?
Somehow, the black nylon strap that I usually hook with my awning rod is no where to be seen. I don't know what happened to it. How do I unroll the awning without it?

Becareful with that strap. If it gets too close to one end it can get wound up in the gears. The straps are quite cheap and easy to replace. They just slide into the track.
