How do I pull awning down?
Somehow, the black nylon strap that I usually hook with my awning rod is no where to be seen. I don't know what happened to it. How do I unroll the awning without it?

I would think all you would have to do is pull on the arms a little and it would reveal the strap. That's what I did when it happened to me.
