How do I Travel with a golf cart and travel trailer with SUV

It seems most states it is not legal to double tow unless you have a 5ver as the first trailer.

Only option is to get a 2500, or better yet due to the weight, a 3500 crew cab truck to haul the golf cart in the bed. Most toy hauler trailers would probably be to heavy for a Taboe.

Or use bikes instead of the golf cart maybe if that is an option???
