How do I Travel with a golf cart and travel trailer with SUV

I wish I had my camera, but I was in the pool!
We were at a campground and I see this TT leaving. They had a custom platform made for the rear of the trailer and the golf cart was loaded sideways on it! I can only assume they had the axles moved back to have the trailer properly balanced for tongue weight. No, this is not made up! If I didn't see it I wouldn't have believed it myself!

They were towing it with a 12 passenger E350 diesel.
