Campsites are the exclusive property of the renter in occupancy. A walk through trespasser has no right or rights in our state, and are liable whether or not the land is posted as private. So no fear of your properly restrained Fido biting a trespasser.
Now, My camp is one of those whose layout is conducive to 'shortcuts' to the main washroom or pools.To alleviate this we have erected some fencing to guide the (mostly) children around.
This is a Damocles sword issue however, as the fencing limits interaction among the family and caravan groups that prefer to use those same sites as a group area.
