Ya, stopping is important...but don't get bogged down in brake ratings. Your trailer brakes and brake controller if properly adjusted will keep prevent, "all 4 tires skidding as the trailer pushes you from behind."
Once again as stated by me and many others...think the Toyota's available PAYLOAD and the loaded tongue weight of the trailer.
