used to own a 2010 f-150. The pre 2015 bed steps had the disadvantage of having the exposed grabber pole, that was the only annoyance I had. The 2015 and up F-150 has the grabber pole stowed with the step inside of the bed. Much better design and it's a feature I wouldn't think twice to buy.
