How do you like your tailgate ladder?

I saw one of these in action at a neighbor's campsite a few months ago and it looked like a pretty useful option. He was able to have his young son go get stuff out of the truck bed without worrying about him trying to climb up the bumper, side rails, etc.

I'm not a Ford guy, but I think they came up with a cool and useful innovation.
