My last 2500HD scaled at 10,500 pounds with a GVWR of 9,200 pounds. Over weight is not a fun experience. Pulled three years like that and never felt comfortable and would arrive stressed. Upgraded to a truck that was actually capable and never again felt the way I did with the 2500 pulling the exact same trailer.
