How heavy is TOO heavy? GVWR on a 2500

I should clarify, I just got the trailer a few weeks back and have done very little towing with it, we're talking under 10 miles. I took it to the scales early this morning and simply threw 70 pounds in the bags arbitrarily, not because it required that. Scales are just a couple miles away.
All I want to point out is I have no idea what pressure they require to level this thing out, I was just throwing some air in real quick for a short trip (not that they may not truly need that much).
