Not to be picking at the little things, but I sure did not like the looks of that receiver hitch, that is bolted/clamped to the OPs FW bumper, pictured on page 5. That is the accident I see waiting to happen. At least the spare tire is not hanging on that bumper too.
OP should look into a receiver that mounts to the frame.

Good catch, trailer came with that cheesy clamp on hitch adapter, I think most people use it for some sort of cargo carrier. I threw the hitch in there and hooked up the jet skis simply for getting an accurate measurement in front of my house, no towing done at all.
Had to be sure I was under 70 feet if I did indeed decide to tow tandem with my truck, I've got roughly 8" to spare. We then put my friends 14' ram 2500 mega cab under the trailer and shockingly had 2" left to spare. So regardless I won't be breaking the length laws here in NV.
But yes, I'll absolutely be building/installing a real receiver prior to any towing.
Well that solves that issue. You've got some really nice PWCs, I'd hate to see you get to the lake, and wonder where they and the bumper went.:B
My FW came with a pretty solid factory receiver, and I've often towed 1,500 lbs with it. It has 3.5" square tubing across the frame for support, and is rated 300/3,000.
Good luck with your entire rig!
