That's precisely what is confusing me on this. I have found trailers that have a dry hitch weight (yes I am aware that the dry hitch weight will be higher once it is loaded) of 9.5% and others that are 11.5%... none that are 15. So I'm confused on why everyone is saying 15%. Perhaps it happens to be the make/series of TT we are looking at?
