Full size awning: This was very important to us. We actually don't spend much time in our trailer, but can sometimes spend a lot of time in the camp site. Having a full size awning was very important.
Full size fridge: This really depends on how you camp. For us, it's not necessary. We buy our food locally while camping, so don't need to have all that much. (However, having both a fridge AND freezer is required.)
Cook center that attaches to trailer and uses trailer gas hookup: IMO, very unimportant. I actually prefer the flexibility of separate cooking gear so that I can setup wherever works best for the site. (I use an 11lb propane tank (a lot squatter than the 20lb sort) and a propane stove.)
Extra sleeping space: If you don't actually have the additional guests that often, use a tent instead. It will open up your trailer options. If you do have them frequently and not using a tent is important, then sleeping space for so many people likely becomes the dominant consideration.
