What bikendan said re the sites. When I would either call or reserve online, I listed our 23SS as a 30', just to make sure we were covered. Don't even try to explain a "hybrid" to a reservations person....they have no clue and they just end up terribly confused and think you mean a pop-up. Just say 30' and then you'll have plenty of room. Most places do ask about a slide - they're meaning side slide - and be sure to let them know on that because you could very likely find a big tree right where the slide should go out. Generally you have room to shift over a bit in the site to allow for the slide, but let it be listed if asked for.
Re the outside gas connection or grill....if you decide on a ROO, the mount and the connection are standard and usually the grill. It is low pressure gas line, so don't count on using an outside kitchen that's not set up that way...believe most need high pressure.
