I haven't had an issue yet where I couldn't get my Roo into a campsite. In this age of big BH campers, long class Bs and Motorhomes, a Roo is pretty much a mid sized camper.
Just a quick thought; yes, your Suburban is likely to be more than enough to haul something in this weight/size range. However, never leave it up to someone who says "Your Suburban will tow anything." Check your owner's manual and door tags for specs regarding payload and towing capacities.
