How inconvenient is a cargo trailer?
How many of you tow a cargo trailer with your truck camper? And how do you deal with the challenges of lugging it along? I'm thinking of a 10 foot enclosed cargo trailer that will accompany me on long...

Some people are being to naive about a truck camper pulling a trailer or any truck pulling any trailer or fifth wheel.. As an example..In our town if either of the two grocery stores are busy,you will not be able to park with a trailer..If you wanted breakfast at a local restaurant,you would not be able to park with a trailer with street parking only..
With a trailer you have to know where your going and that there is parking available for trailers.You just can't go blind and expect a place to pull in or turn around..I couldn't tell you how many messes I have been in towing a trailer and even cutting the trailer cord because I had to do such a sharp turn forward or reverse..
Hitch hauls are an alternative for extra gear with a TC and not the burden of a trailer and the unknown..
Having said all that,I sometimes pull an 18ft ATV trailer,never to town and only to the hills..Going down a dead end road that was not dead end last year happens in the backcountry all the time..The benefit of my ATV trailer and my Yamaha Rhino is,I can unload the Rhino and pull the ATV trailer back out of a bad spot which I have done a couple times..
The thing is...Everyone uses there TC differently and everyone has different reasons for pulling a trailer with a TC..Different places have different results pulling a trailer..
