A lot of the small RV manufacturers have a small network of RV Repair facilities to take care of their low volume customers. Lazy Daze for example. Seems to work well, I haven't heard that many complaints. Some will let you go to any nearby RV shops, submit an estimate and they'll ok it.
Also,in order to speed things up, some will even send you the parts and directions for an owner good with DIY repairs!
