This may not be the camper for you if you can't even get a straight answer on how service is handled. Suggest one more call, ask to speak to the sales manager and ask again and also suggest you ask for some information re this to be emailed or faxed to you for future reference. If this doesn't work, I'd keep shopping. Good luck.
