Which manufacturers couldn't answer the question? I would expect both Scamp and Casita to be able to explain how they handle warranty service. Not guaranteeing that you will like the answer, because for a number of direct sales it is "bring it back to us" or there are a small number of servicing shops, while others are closer to "take it anywhere."
