It will not make a difference for standard TT lengths to turn in the cul de sac as long as your truck can make the turn. The trailer will track along the trucks swing
This is your answer, assuming the bumper won't hit the a-frame if turning at full lock. Your trailer will turn inside your truck radius. The tighter you have to turn though will mean more tire scrubbing especially with the newer spread axle units.
I turn around in the cul-d-sac at the end of our road no problem with our 35' TT. The diameter is around 60'.
