It will not make a difference for standard TT lengths to turn in the cul de sac as long as your truck can make the turn. The trailer will track along the trucks swing
This is your answer, assuming the bumper won't hit the a-frame if turning at full lock. Your trailer will turn inside your truck radius. The tighter you have to turn though will mean more tire scrubbing especially with the newer spread axle units.
I turn around in the cul-d-sac at the end of our road no problem with our 35' TT. The diameter is around 60'.

As said, trailer length has nothing to do with it. The turning radius of your truck has everything to do with it.
The length of the TT could make a difference depending on how tight you have to turn. As mentioned, if you have to turn your wheel to lock to make the turn. Then the length of the TT could determin whether or not the tongue will hit your bumper. A longer TT will track farther inside your turning radius than a shorter TT will. You could do it easily with an 18' TT vs. a 30' TT.
Two of my friends live in cul-de-sacs and I could easily turn my TT around in one but the other I would only back into if I had to go over to his place with my TT. Another factor is whether someone is parked curbside. The one friend, I can barely turn my truck around without the TT if someone is parked curbside where as with the other firend, again.., no problem as it has plenty of room.
You know best your situation, you may need to practice your backing skills as this may be your best alternative. It is doable.
