How long does 6 gallons of hot water last?
While taking a shower, how long can you go until the water gets cool? I'm going to full time it for a year, and curious to know how long I can expect to take shower.

We can take 6 showers without filling our gray tank (32g) so I assume that each shower is less than 5 gallons. Since the water is so hot, maybe 2.5g comes from the hot water heater (the rest being cold). Since the recovery time is pretty quick and the HWH is running while we are showering and then drying off/getting dressed, I would bet that if we took more than one shower each in a row, we wouldn't run out of hot water. But once we got up to 6, we would begin running out of gray tank.
