Most dry campers, at least on here, don't use WM batteries.

I don't think Walmart batteries are true deep cycle, I believe what they sell are Marine Starting/Deep Cycle. The marine starting/deep cycle batteries have thinner plates than true deep cycle so they have less reserve capacity.
Two 6V golf cart batteries will give you more reserve than two 12V deep cycle batteries.
