Dang you guys are speedy. I think it's closer to 30 to setup, longer to take down once everything is a disaster. I do use a power drill for the jacks. I have bins for everything and labeled them which helps now as well. One for tools, wood blocks, levelers, xchocks, fresh/grey water stuff, etc.
Earlier this year I made a thread on storing those bag chairs. I made some wood boxes for the front bunk which help a ton on packing those up, so it's one less thing to fight.
I think I need to bite the bullet with the grill. You keep it in the camper? Doesn't it get all greasy? I like that you hook it into the camper propane, makes sense and you don't need to worry about running out of those little green ones.
Nothing at all on the counters? Do you have kids? That sounds impossible. I did buy some factory doors to make some slides in the dinette bottoms which should help provide more storage.
I picked up an ottoman this year which was great for storage. Just open it up and grab the plates now when you need them.
Feels like we are getting quicker each time. Setup and take down is nothing compared to the pop up at least :)
