If we are in a hurry to set up and fix dinner I figure I do not have to set everything up first. Chocks, jacks, electric go pretty fast. Sewer and water can be done after dinner. Sometimes it is the next day or so to hook up the sewer.
I start take down usually the afternoon before we leave, putting away everything we will not need in the morning.
On our most recent trip a single overnight stop I think I set a new record -- under 5 minutes. Because it was just an overnight stop and we wanted an first light departure, I did not even bother connecting the sewer and water. Used the onboard tanks for the night. I unhooked the electric, power drilled the jacks, then hooked up the TV and left.
