I think everyone is starting the timer at different points. IE: Starting to back in, Camper already leveled, Unhitched, etc.
From stating to back in to setup: 45 minutes
From leveled and unhitched: 10 minutes outside, 20 minutes inside
Packup: mostly depends on how many dirty dishes, ect based on length of stay.
