I didn't read all 6 pages of this thread. I would say about 15 minutes to get set up for the most part. Now, if company is coming and you include getting out chairs, games, fire materials, etc. Then it is longer. Tear down is a little longer because stuff from inside the TT ends up outside over the weekend and it takes about 20-25 minutes to pack it all back inside.
