There are parts on all RV's that are just destined to break. Same parts on a MH break on a TT. The innards of these RV's are all the same.
The big key to keeping an RV is to STAY ON TOP OF REPAIRS. If something breaks fix it the next day don't wait.
All the run down RV's I've seen is from owners putting off fixing one minor thing after another, and pretty soon there are so many repairs the owner just sells it at a loss.
In my travels I have seen some real slick immaculate older RV's and I also have seen my share of new RV's that look rode hard and put away wet! :B
