When you go to one of those charging stations like they have here at Walmart,
how much does it cost to recharge your EV?
Kinda depends on a bunch of things. Obviously how much charge you still have in the battery is the biggy. But also the speed and brand of the charger you are at. But in general terms here are a coupe of typical examples for us on a typical charge stop.
At a V3 Tesla supercharger that charges up to a max speed of 250 KW or so I would say our average is around 22 bucks. Typical charge stop is 20 to 30 minutes, usually closer to 20.

At a BC hydro charger its probably closer to 10 or 12 bucks, but most are 50 KW machines so a typical charge stop is closer to 45 or 50 minutes for us. We actually target the slower chargers for lunch stops as it usually takes us about 45 minutes to eat, walk the chihuahua, maybe a quick walk or pick up a couple items in the store.
By the way, that is an electric Harley Davison charging beside me. :)

Other charging companies have different rates. Depends on speed etc. Sometimes a fast charge is nice and sometimes a slow charge is more convenient. Everybody travels differently.
Hope that helps.
