How many pull 2 trailers ball to ball?

I haven't done this as it is not legal in NY, but have seen many posts here that warn about adding a hitch to the back of a TT. First issue is weak bumpers, a frame mounted hitch is a must. Some mfg's have warnings against adding anything on their bumpers. So check with your mfg.
