How minimal of clearance is okay between cab and cabover?
Just switched from a dodge to a ford. I had about 2" of clearance. On the ford, there is about 1/2" to an inch. Is that a problem? I think it would help with aerodynamics.

Looking for clearance to put my genny under it on a carryall
Felt like I had to run my spacer boards along the long axis to give support to the end of the 8 foot box in my 6.5 foot bed because part of gaining clearance was removing the tailgate
The spacer was 2X6 in 3 places ( to follow the existing rib system ) and a sheet of 1/2 inch plywood for a total of 2 inches
