How much air in the tires? Need advice... First "real haul"

Ok folks... taking the 76 Amerigo out this weekend for the first camping trip. She weighs approx. 2700 dry. Hauling on a Ford Dually 350 Triton V 10. I did haul this thing 16 hours back from Arkansas ...

I am running 75 psi in all 7 tires, 80 psi max stated on sidewalls. I have 2 rubber tire valve stems in front because the way the MKW rims were made, unable to use metal valve stems. The rest of the tires including the spare are metal valve stems. Make sure the metal valve stems are made in the USA. The Chinese metal valve stems are not tested. I have a heavy TC in bed of truck.
