Thanks for all the great input. Somewhere in the 20-30% off MSRP range seems to be the consensus.
One detail I neglected to mention is that the unit is currently in production and is not scheduled to be delivered until mid February. The dealer says they are getting only that one in that floor plan. They did say we could order one and have it sometime in June.
We don’t want to seem too eager by offering to buy it before they even get it but there are no units in North America currently that is the same.
Obviously the manufacturer will make more and we can wait for one but we don’t want to miss out on half the camping season.
We are planning to pay cash for the unit so we have a ceiling we are willing to spend so I guess if the numbers don’t make sense, we don’t get it. Sometimes it’s difficult to keep emotion out of it though.
