How much can I tow?
2006 ram 2500 mega 4x4 cummins 5 ft bed. The reason I ask is the previous owner added leaf springs in the rear end. There is zero dip in her rear end and it rides unbelievably comfortable.

maybe will be fine. BUT, if the truck is already at gvwr, or some axel rating, OP WILL NOT be fine. Or if the OP loads the trailer tail heavy, too much side to side.....things that can create sway or problems!
As noted by another, too many other issues to say one will be fine if under the tow rating. I've pulled over and under, I've had issues over and under and felt VERY unsafe. I've felt VERY SAFE over and under too!
THere is not an easy answer!
