Bags will make your sway worse if the spring rate of your suspension is too soft. Bags should be used to help level out your ride but the leafs should be the primary support. As already posted, bags should be plumbed individually or you will get sway as rushes between bags in turns or crosswinds.
Adding StableLoads will engage your suspension overloads sooner to firm up the ride. Adding SuperSprings would also help if you still have sag after using the StableLoads.
Sway may also be coming from your tires - I assume you are running over sized tires with that lift. A soft tall sidewall will cause handling issues. If the sway is coming from the suspension, a RoadMaster anti-sway bar and heavier dampened shocks from Blistien or Rancho should help.
Lifts and TC's are not really compatible with each other due to the high CG. You may have to use all the tricks available to get a safe ride.
